4-Week MBW Course: Becoming Your Own Personal Sanctuary

$80.00

Registration begins July 15th for September’s Courageous Cohort

Mindfulness Based Wellness is a four-week experiential learning program designed to support participants in developing practical skills for nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and intentional responding. Grounded in mindfulness practice, somatic awareness, Polyvagal Theory, and evidence-informed wellness education, the program integrates structured learning with embodied experience to support sustainable personal and relational change.

The program reflects a core belief that meaningful transformation occurs when awareness, structure, and compassion are brought together in intentional design. Rather than focusing on information delivery alone, the curriculum emphasizes experiential learning, reflection, and integration—supporting participants in moving from conceptual understanding to lived practice.

At its foundation, this program bridges the gap between insight and embodiment. Participants are introduced to foundational concepts in mindfulness, nervous system science, and emotional regulation in accessible language, while engaging in practices that cultivate awareness, presence, and self-trust.

Upon completion of the program, participants are supported in developing:

• Increased awareness of stress responses and nervous system patterns

• Practical tools for emotional regulation and intentional responding

• Greater capacity to pause, reflect, and choose responses rather than react automatically

• Strengthened connection between cognitive, emotional, and somatic experience

• Enhanced communication and relational awareness

• A sustainable foundation for ongoing mindfulness practice

Final Course Details to be Announced July 15th
