Each month will explore a different theme—from self-compassion and present-moment awareness, to cultivating a calmer mind and simply learning the art of being. Through guided practice, reflection, and shared experience, we create space to nourish both mind and body.
Weekly Practice Schedule
First Week of the Month: Sitting Meditation
Second Week of the Month: Walking Meditation
Third Week of the Month: Guided Body Scan
Fourth Week of the Month: Mindful Movement
Each session includes a brief introduction, guided practice, time for personal reflection and journaling, and an opportunity for group sharing.
